The D’Antuono Heritage

Our journey began in the 1990s on Reguliersdwarsstraat in Amsterdam, where Giovanni and Angela D’Antuono opened restaurant D’Antica with a mission to bring the true flavors of Italy to the Netherlands. Today, their daughter Tiziana continues their legacy with De Pastafabriek.

What started as a small kitchen crafting fresh, handmade pasta for the family restaurant has grown into the largest fresh pasta producer in the Netherlands. With passion and dedication, we serve the hospitality industry with authentic Italian cuisine.
